The location for an overnight stay before a cruise out of Brooklyn cruise terminal was the focal point of our reservation. We understood that parking was first come first serve, that was expected on our arrival. Only reason for our “okay” booking were the pillows and mattresses being very uncomfortable and continental was okay didn’t have a lot of options. Staff was very pleasant and helpful

Room was small for 3 persons who have luggages and and a troller for kid. Bathroom was small as well. And finally , when I asked the hotel to call a taxi for me for the Newark Airport, they called a taxi for LaGuardia airport. And had to pay almost 40% more of the decided fare. Otherwise i could risk to lose my flight. Breakfast was nothing special , same things everyday, no varieties. I wouldn’t consider to stay there again , and look for other options.

We arrived early and got to check in early which was really nice. The breakfast was 10/10 my only issue is it can get a little cramped with other people running around to get their meal as well but the food was amazing good options. The room was very clean on the smaller side but it was okay for the two of us. We went with a double just because it was one of the cheaper options. Staff was very pleasant and helpful. The Bonus was the parking in the back even though it was an additional cost. We will more than likely book here again in the future.

My room had hair all over the floor and on the towel. I switched to a cleaner room but it was also unpleasant- it smelled very strongly of fragranced cleaners, the overhead light was a blueish white light, and a buzzing sound was coming from the bathroom light even when I switched it off-all of which gave me a headache and made it very uncomfortable. There is also a lot of highway traffic noise.
