Great location, walking distance from dozens of NYC landmarks, subway station a 30 second walk from the front door. Quiet, comfortable rooms. Rooms had plenty of room for queen beds, not sure why they only have doubles - if they made this simple improvement it would be perfect. Some small issues, the rug in our room wasn't totally cleaned and many of the outlets were "loose", causing electric plugs to fall out at random. But the staff was all very friendly and helpful, overall a very positive experience.

Enjoyed the wellness focus of this hotel although room views and property directly around it wasn't nice. Location is very convenient for walkable highlights of NYC such as Times Square, Hells Kitchen, Penn Station and Madison square garden.

The room was spacious by NYC standards (premium king with city view) and had everything we needed. Very friendly and welcoming staff and the location is incredibly convenient for the subway and walking around.

The staff are very friendly, and the location is excellent, with both the subway and train station nearby. Except for the noise from the neighboring room due to the connecting door, everything was really great. If you are sensitive to noise, you may want to be careful when choosing a room.

The room was clean. The walk to Times Square was not bad at all. I would definitely stay again, but would probably upgrade to a suite or better room that has a better view. Some of the hardware was scratched up, but other than that the room was solid. The lights were a little weird because some weren't turning on and it would turn off randomly.
