Light breakfast items are provided for the guests. This gem is ideal for a family or group of 6 guests! 4-5 minutes walking distance to the subway station and metro north station!

Very private 3 bedroom apartment! The master bedroom has a kingsize bedroom set with a master bedroom bathroom. The other 2 rooms have a great queen size beds and comfortable mattresses!

Beautiful and quiet neighborhood. Near to #2&5 trains, 5 mins away from Montefiore hospital Wakefield division. Shopping stores such as Rite Aid and Walgreens easily accessible. Located within 10 minutes drive to the famous Botanical gardens and the Bronx Zoo. Yankee Stadium is about 25 minutes drive from the apartment. This beautiful location is within walking distance from the Irish neighborhood and surrounded by various restaurants!

# 2&5 trains are easily accessible. The metro north station is just4 minutes walking distance from the house! Buses are also available!

There’s lots of tourists attractions such as the Bronx Zoo, and Botanical gardens, Yankee stadium, the Bronx museum of arts, City Island, Orchad beach, Van Cortlandt Park, broadway and downtown Manhattan attractions are easily accessible from the apartment in just 30-40 minutes! There’s lots of things to do in the Bronx and Manhattan.
This apartment is not a good fit for gathering or parties. No smoking is allowed inside the apartment. However, guests can smoke outside by the driveway or outside the gate. There’s street parking. However, out of courtesy, guests with compact cars only can park in my driveway. Please be respectful of the neighborhood and NO loitering or hanging out in front of the house allowed.
