Our stay was very good overall. The facilities were excellent, and we would especially like to highlight the outstanding service provided by the staff. Everyone was extremely kind, attentive, and professional, and made us feel very well taken care of throughout our stay. The only pending matter is that we are still waiting for a response regarding the refund of one night, as due to severe weather conditions and a storm, we had to move our flight forward and cancel that night. We are confident the hotel will get back to us soon regarding this matter. Aside from this, our experience was very positive, and we would gladly recommend the hotel for its quality of service and attention to guests.

I booked the hotel because I had a 6am work event five mins walk from the hotel. Unfortunately I didn’t get much sleep, the noise from the heater was so loud I had to switch it off. But then there was a loud flooding sound every now and then that seemed to come from the bathroom.i think I managed to get three hours sleep.

The room was very clean and comfortable, and spacious by New York standards. Staff was very pleasant, and attentive to our requests. The location was excellent, walking distance to most of what we needed and within a block of the subway. There was a little store in the hotel for late night snacks or beverages. Being in the flower district was an added pleasure: it was nice to go out on a January morning and see flowers in bloom arranged along the sidewalk.

No the AC didnt work the heater was in and we could not change the temp and we called the front desk 5 times to.ask them to do.something about it. They said service person wasnt in yet and would sjow up.when they come in. We never seen anyone and the temp got up to 90 degrees. Thats nuts and all we get is a sorry. Its what ever.

Our room was nice and clean and had everything we needed. Breakfast every morning was so good, and all the staff were wonderful, friendly and very helpful. The location was perfect for our stay in NYC. The restaurants, Times Square, Madison Square Gardens, Empire State Building were all within walking distance. I loved it because we were close to everything but not in all the craziness of Times Square. Highly Recommend this great Marriott Hotel!!!!

The facility is modern and the rooms are spacious and clean. FYI: No microwave or fridge. The king size bed was comfortable. The staff is friendly, accessible, and responsive. The continental breakfast was fine with the standard choices and plenty of available seating. The location is excellent with nearby restaurants and subway access. I enjoyed my stay of 4 nights and highly recommend this hotel.
