From the pictures online, it’s more outdated than expected. The location was in a nice area of Brooklyn. The beds were reasonably soft. Breakfast was not included, so you had the option to add on which was expensive or sit down which service was very slow.

A convenient location in downtown Brooklyn, in walking distance of the Barclays Center. The rooms were newly furnished, clean and bright. The staff was helpful. Close to neighborhoods with little local cafes, restaurants and bars.

Hotel internet kept going out every few minutes and had to be re-established on my phone and computer. The room smelled of cleaning fluid and the windows cannot be opened. The bar closes promptly at 11 pm and no food is available after 10 pm. The hotel is ordinary and doesn't have the liveliness of the Ace Hotel down the street.

Pillows wasn’t comfy husband in a wheelchair didn’t sleep as good the pricing was too expensive for a extra stay wasn’t happy at all no laundry on site room service was very slow

Good convenient hotel

Great customer service. Staff are friendly and willing to help promotly. Location is close to subway stations , restaurants, cafes. There is a parking lot right across the street that you can pay to park there. You can also park right in front of the hotel entrance to unload your suitcases.

I would've rated this stay Excellent, but for the duration of the stay, July 8-11, the was no air conditioning in the lobby/restaurant/bar area. I found this unacceptable, but more than that, I felt bad for the staff that had to work under those conditions.

Ok

I had high hopes for this hotel with it being a “Hilton” and suites charging 500 and up per night. I reported I got a stomach virus of some sort after eating 2 days in a row at the breakfast buffet and an employee stated” aww maybe you're jus not used to eating out” others mentioned they eat there all the time, which in the moment of stomach spasms and GI upset that made me feel better. The daily food charges were ridiculous whether you ate or not(this hotel charges you for the very air you breathe ) like charging for the convention center, while you stay in a room that clearly needed updating. The bed on one side was sunken in and I had backaches for days following. The manager was very nice; however once a complaint is made of any sort (as you have the right to for overpriced rooms) the front desk became a bit petty and tried not to make eye contact upon your coming or going. I stayed here as it was for business/pleasure so I guess it served its purpose.
