Excellent stay. The room was very clean, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the location is perfect—close to everything in Times Square. I would definitely stay here again.

The construction noise was very inconvenient. The staff was rude , especially the front desk girl named Liz. She was rude and never once smiled when she clearly works in CUSTOMER SERVICE. The front lobby guy named Jason did a drug deal in front of the lobby doors in the middle of the day. The road kept getting closed off so we would have to walk with our luggage or every time we left the Uber had to drop us off at the corner. The elevators took forever and were always packed.

The staff was always quick and helpful, rooms were clean with good storage (important in small NYC rooms), and the location is fantastic (Broadway, Times Square, and subways stations were all extremely close).

The room was clean and quiet. Staff are fantastic. The bar at the top of the hotel is quiet and chill. Breakfast, pretty good (better to get there earlier than later). Only peeve were the elevators. They only stop on even floors, so if you are on an odd floor, you either walk down or up a flight. Otherwise, all good. Thank you
