Disappointing Stay – Poor Maintenance & Customer Service I booked this hotel for a night while attending an art show, unaware that it primarily functioned as short-term/temporary housing. Unfortunately, the stay was far from acceptable. The room was in rough shape—peeling wallpaper, a broken bathroom mirror, and no soap provided. The shower floor was unstable and moved underfoot, which felt unsafe. Cleanliness and upkeep are basic expectations, but this property fell severely short. Additionally, the receptionist was unfriendly and unhelpful, which made the experience worse. The parking lot is another issue—dangerously tight, fitting only about five cars, with difficult entry and exit. If you value quality, cleanliness, or good service, I’d recommend looking elsewhere. This hotel needs serious improvements in maintenance and customer care to justify future bookings.

I enjoyed my stay at the hotel. I stayed with my family which included children and it was comfortable and quiet. The Hotel is an easy walkable distance to the train station. Plenty of places to dine day or night. Hotel staff were very accommodating with every request made at all different times of the day. Housekeeping service was an easy breeze request when needed. Overall, I would stay again. Saman and Raaj at the front desk were Always helpful with any request made. Above and beyond.

Mirage hotel stay

My stay was great! The girls at the front desk were very helpful and nice my whole stay. Raj was there during the day and another young lady at night. The room was clean. It was quiet when needed. The area is not bad and it’s really easy to order anything right to your room. There was a very small parking lot that I will warn is a little hard to get out of, but if you know how to drive you can figure it out. Would not recommend if you have a large car. Will definitely stay here again when I come back to Brooklyn. 5 stars! Again shout out to Raj for her great customer service !!

Its clean, the rooms are set up nicely, and the staff is very polite and considerate. Thats the main three things i ask of a hotel. Neighborhood is very walkable and near bus and train stops. Even has a handful of parking spots.

Nice little hotel in Brooklyn. It has parking, so perfect for someone driving from out of state. Very close to Subway station. It is right next to Subway tracks, but frequency of the train at nights is low, so was not a huge problem.

Absolutely, horrible experience that I had at this place. It was a nightmare. I can't believe that what happened to me is actually a real thing. There's something out of a movie, and I can't believe that they would do this to a guest of theirs.I felt so violated. I came to my room after a day of work, to find all of my personal belongings removed from my room that i'm renting. . Went down to the front desk to ask what happened and got two different answers, both of which were lies. Neither of them validated the reason for them violating my privacy and touching my personal belongings. On top of that, they threw a water bottle inside of my clothes and completely drenched all of my shirts and I had nothing to wear that evening, then I came home from work. I then continued to ask who the manager was and I couldn't get a straight answer from anybody. Finally, when I got in touch with the supervisor he said he would meet me at 7 AM. At the hotel, to show me a video of my room being open, which is why they move my things, which still doesn't make sense. He finally never showed up, and I had to call him and ask him why he didn't know. Meet me as he promised and his reason was I was late. I then called back and told him that we need to find a resolution because this is not okay with me. I also contacted Expedia, which is working on. Getting back to me. However, this hotel is shady. They're untruthful things, very dishonest. They've made promises to call me back, and they haven't, they
