Very convenient to have the microwave at least downstairs in the commerce area BUT they took out all the fridges from the rooms - big inconvenience & a thumbs down especially for the amount of money i paid for the room..

Clean Hotel with Unattentive Staff

First there’s no parking not even limited parking for unloading your luggage plus there’s no hotel parking deck either!!! Breakfast is from 6am and over by 9am!!! Nope you can’t even get coffee! PBA: To all those Late Checkoutters like myself the latest time for check out is 12noon and if you go over the 12 noon checkout, you will be charged a $100 for late check out which is good til 2pm! Plus the hotel charges a $100-200 deposit for the entire reservation which I got back a day or 2 after check out!!! Long wait time a receptionist check in/outs!!! I just didn’t like the vibe of the staff, not attentive to the guests, rushed, rude to some, just not focused at all!!! Hotel is clean but staff needs more training on hospitality and customer service!!!
