Issues through our stay

The receptionist told us to park in front of the hotel for the night, that there wouldn’t be any issue since he’d keep an eye on our vehicle. The two cars parked in front of the hotel overnight (including ours) got a parking ticket. There was another issue with very strong cigarette smoke smell that appeared during the night and woke us up. Apparently all bathrooms ventilations are linked and you can smell what is happening in other bathrooms.

Basement room nice but

It's a nice, clean hotel, staff is friendly. We did have the room in the basement it can be quiet at night. The staff in the morning gathers around the ice machine there which can wake you up. The night we stayed the Internet went out so we didn't have the best time with no TV and barely cellular service in the basement. Front desk was only able to refund the service fee butwe appreciate at least that.

I confess I was worried about the location, but it was easier than I expected. It's close to the metro station, which made things easier. We loved the service, the hospitality, and especially the cleanliness and condition of the towels, which were changed daily. I was a little disappointed that we couldn't extend our check-out by an hour; we arrived five hours late. Our flight didn't land on time due to a storm caused by the earthquake in Russia. But other than that, it was an excellent experience.

Maybe don’t market a single bedroom in the basement as interior. Would be better worded as basement room. Weird to be there with cleaning crew. Interior in other meanings means between rooms without windows not a basement.
