Great hotel!

This hotel was great! Went on a mother/daughter trip for the weekend and was VERY please with this hotel. The room was spacious and clean and relaxing. The hotel was all very clean and the staff very friendly. Would definitely stay here again!

We stayed 3 nights. Room was cleaned daily. Staff was very friendly and if you needed something they got it for you (washcloths, toilet paper). Breakfast was different, but very nice to have it in hotel. Most don’t include it. Bagels, toast, fruit, yogurt, salad, little hot dogs and mashed potatoes. The hotel is close to the subway, Macy’s and the Empire State Building and about a 20 walk to Times Square.

Great find in New York

Really enjoyed our stay here. Great location and hotel was very comfortable. Included breakfast a welcome bonus for a New York hotel. Definitely recommend this hotel and would stay again.

Having mashed potatoes and canned sausages for breakfast and no eggs on most days is disappointing. Employees also tells you that you cannot bring cereal(without milk) to the room because it may spill which is ridiculous.

Esta es mi opción #1 de hospedaje en NYC. Es la segunda vez que nos quedamos aqui y este hotel no decepciona. La habitación es amplia, comoda y con todo lo necesario; como plus incluye desayuno basico que sirve perfecto para iniciar el dia (cafe, pan, yogurt, fruta, cereal). La ubicación es perfecta!!! a solo unos pasos de la 5ta avenida y de las estaciones de metro 34th street y Penn Station. El area es segura y con opciones de shopping y comida muy cerca.
