The room and bathroom were very clean. The towels were white and fluffy and the bed sheets were white and crisp. The TV worked fine and so did the little fridge. The closet was large with a safe in it. My only complaint was the temperature of the room, it was so warm. I turned off the heat, I turned on the AC and nothing worked except to open up the window about 1/2”. That did the trick but the other problem was the construction going on outside the window (room 504). The amount of dust that came into the room was crazy !!

No hot water until I asked and then they turned on the valves ; one towel had to ask for more . And a friend came by and we hung out in my room because there was not a lobby to sit and relax and they CALLED me to tell me they were going to charge me for an extra person in the room !!!!!!! In the end they did not after a lot of back and forth . On top of that it was not clean Never going back

Staff were lovely and welcoming, the hotel is PERFECTLY located in terms of all the things you need to see in NYC (so handy to have Penn Station and the subway station literally a stone throw away from the hotel) - the room was clean and efficient although a small thing, i did struggle with the hot water (as in it was hard to get cooler water in the shower) Highly recommend

Great location, decent accommodations, and helpful staff. Loved the free bottles of water! Our room was boiling hot and staff told us the entire hotel was kept at the same temperature, so the only way to cool down was leaving the window open. Breakfast was unappealing (wet eggs, sketchy sausage) and crowded, so we just ate out in the AM. Sometimes it was hard to get an elevator in the morning because everyone was going to/from breakfast.

This hotel was quite the find conveniant for everything tube station less than 1 minute walk times square 20 mins maceys 5mins abundance of place s to eat arround and coffee shops staff were so friendly and helpfull wine bar on floor 2 so peaceful for a drink before bed and the noodle bar on one side and wine bar on other made for conveniant place s to eat if we visited new york again would definatly stay again

Amazing property and a heart of Manhattan Close to everything was easy to get around town. The staff was amazing. They really helped out and we’re very knowledgeable. Anything you asked they were always there to help you.

I drove 8 hours to get there, I had no knowledge that where I parked was to be moved due to street cleaning nor did I know there was a fee for parking there. There was no parking meter anywhere near the parking space until I received 2 parking tickets with a possibility of being towed. It would have been helpful if I was asked if I had a vehicle and informed of the parking restrictions I would have parked somewhere else; if I had known there was a way to pay a meter I would’ve done so & avoided the $180 ticket fee and the $60 parking garage fee. If staff can inform guests of this maybe it would help guests avoid my problem & save them $. Due to this I will not be back which is unfortunate because everything else was great. Staff & everything else was great.

The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and had all the basics. Simple continental breakfast in the am with coffee available all day. Great proximity to Herald Square and Bryant Park. Subway entrance steps away.
