Pretty nice room! Payed $175 dollars just to check in early so be aware of hidden fees. A man was arrested outside the hotel room the day I arrived so generally not the safest area. The receptionist is also the receptionist at the hotel across the street so expect some waiting time. Not disability friendly the elevator was broken my entire stay. I enjoyed the privacy I had tho. Terrible wifi and the provided TV doesn’t even have enough connection to make it to the WIFI page…so I only had mobile entertainment.

The elevator wasn’t working and we were on the seventh floor so we had to walk up seven flights of stairs every single time we wanted to go to our room. Our key didn’t work so they gave us a different key which at the time we didn’t know was the master key so we tried opening the door next to us thinking that they accidentally just switched rooms and the key opened the door next to us and not ours which was someone else’s room that they were in so that could’ve been extremely terrible if something had happened. Every single time that we came back and wanted to go to our room one of the front desk receptionist would have to come up seven flight upstairs with us to open our door. We never even got our own room key. And to mention, when we would want to go to our room in the person had to walk up with us, they had to call somebody else on the phone who lived nearby who was the holder of the key so we had to wait in the lobby for them. The shower curtain didn’t even hit the floor so there was water all over the bathroom floor because nothing was stopping it from going there.

Well for starters after checking in the reception informs us that the elevator was out of order and then tried to offer us a room on the 6th floor. Expecting us to walk all the way up to the 6th floor with all of our luggage. The only accommodation she provided us with after this horrible inconvenience was a late check out. Mind you had we known this upon booking we would have never stood there. We managed to look past it and figured we get our steps in and grab everything at once so we don’t have keep going up and down 6 flights. Very weird room set up. The bathroom sink was in the main room outside of the bathroom. No closet hangers or storage space whatsoever. Overall not a great experience. Would not return or recommend this location.

Though the staff was pleasant. Once we got there we immediately realized it did not look like what it did online, and then we were told the elevator was broken and we had to bring all of our things up to the 6th floor. No discount given other than a late check out. Once we got into the room, the toilet barely worked, along with the sink, no soap was proved nor shampoo. Plus there was a hand print on the back of the bathroom door. The walls are also very thin and I could hear what the neighbors were listening to on tv.. long story short… I will not be staying here again

This is one hotel I will NEVER stay at again. Before arriving, I read the reviews and I was a bit cautious. The day of my booking, they stopped answering all phone calls so arrived to the hotel early since I couldn’t call only to be greeted to the fact that any early check in before 3PM is an extra $30. Then they also told me that the elevator was out of service so I had to walk up 6 flights of stairs everyday. The stairs also weren’t very well lit. Once entering my room, I discovered the television did not work and the linen had hair from whoever was previously in the room. Also, the shower is set up disastrously. The shower head points out towards the edge which causes water to go well beyond the shower. After all these inconveniences upon after discovering the room and hotel needed more upkeep (broken appliances, chipped walls, improper spacing for the bed), I complained to the staff who were very nice but clearly underprepared for options to help accommodate inconveniences. After walking down 6 flights of stairs since even the emergency front desk number is never scattered, the front desk offered me a room on the 8th floor while the elevator still didn’t work to which I declined. They offered me late check out to suffice but I don’t recommend anyone staying at this hotel. It’s really cheap but I understand why now. There’s a Wyndham hotel next door that I would recommend if you’re determined to be in that area. If I could give this hotel a rating lower than 1, I would.

Got there and was told elevator was broken and it would be fixed the next day as well as moved to a lower level room. We thought, thats ok things happen. Proceeded to get moved to 7th floor, stairway smelt awful and dirty. Got to the room, no shower curtain, mirror broken, toilet seaf not fully attached to toilet. Overall small rooms which could be no problem if maintained and cleaned. The elevator never fixed

The staff very lovely, friendly. Room clean. They need better instruction (they have none) for tv. As some channels work, some don’t. The internet could be a bit funky (at times). Good heat (in this very cold weather). And two 24/7 delis only half block away and laundromat across the street. Rooms, though, need a bedside table. For cell phone and drinks when in room.
