My experience at Motto by Hilton Times Square was fantastic. The location is perfect just steps from the heart of Times Square, yet the hotel felt safe and relaxing. The rooms are compact but very smartly designed, clean, and comfortable. The staff was friendly and attentive, and the whole place has a modern, stylish vibe. It’s a great value for the area, and I would definitely stay here again on my next trip to NYC.

Beautiful stay at heart of Time square. Convenient for shopping food and subway. Uber also available at the gate. Just beware of tiny room. Reception area sofa carpet shout have been cleaned. However rooms were nit and clean.

It was fun staying on the 37th floor. We had a great view. Also loved that we were steps from Times Square. The room was very tiny, but we didn't care and thought it was funny. Our granddaughter loved her bunk!

Location, location, location

Motto is in the heart of the theater district. The rooms are tiny but well designed and comfortable. Broadway is one block over and the Museum of Modern Art is not too far to reach by foot either. Fine and casual dining were close by as well. The staff was friendly and helpful.

The front desk staff was incredibly nice, informative, and always able to provide a solution. They were always friendly even late night and early mornings. I truly appreciate the front desk staff for also making my daughter feel welcomed and celebrated for her 8th birthday!! I would stay again on our next trip to New York.

We really enjoyed our stay here! The Murphy bed was very convenient since the room was on the smaller side, and it made great use of the space. Everything felt modern, clean, and nicely designed. The location is excellent, easy to get around and just a short walk to the subway. Perfect spot for two people, would definitely stay again!
