This hotel was one of the most customer service hotels I have ever experienced. They were above and beyond in friendliness and helpfullness. I can't say enough about the quality of this hotel - especially for it's location and price!

The room itself it nicely done. I don’t mind small compact room like that, it’s efficient. And the location is great. The problems are with the connecting rooms and ventilation. All rooms have a connecting door and you can hear everything on the other side, even if people are not being noisy (ex : I could hear the person watching videos on their phone). And the ventilation starts and stops loudly every minute or so. It’s so irritating. Luckily I didn’t need it that much since it’s October but I couldn’t stay there if I needed full A/C or heat. And I asked the front desk if it was normal and they said yes lol Also staff is sometimes nice, sometimes annoyed at anything you can ask them. An overall average experience.

Best thing about this rather Spartan hotel—no closet, no chair, etc., but an okay bed, plus shower and sink and toilet—is that it’s just 2 minutes to Times Square and all the theaters. Best taxi service: walk to 6th or 7th depending on where you want to go.

Clean, new, good location, had a decent view. Everything was great! Size is small but expected in NYC. The rooms had doors that are locked but could be connected to the other rooms. We didn't mind it that much though. Overall, would recommend.

Lobby was very busy and crowded, when I walked in I was not greeted by staff. When I waited at the front desk to speak with someone regarding check-in, no one lifted their head to acknowledge me or say hello. Room was very small, luckily I was only staying for a night. Hotel was nice, really meant for sleeping and getting ready - not hanging out in.

Hotel is located in close proximity to many attractions. However, the rooms are very tiny even by Manhattan standards. The shower and toilet are enclosed in two adjoining ‘booths’ in the room and the water from the shower leaked into our toilet ‘booth’. In addition, the sink is right when you walk out of the shower which is not ideal. Hotel staff were helpful but we had to call twice to ask that someone collect our trash and refresh our towels (being such a tiny room), it was necessary to get this done. The queen bed is set against the window/wall, so be prepared to climb over the bed if there is more than one person sleeping in the bed.
