My experience at the Refinery Hotel was nothing short of extraordinary. From the moment I arrived and stepped out of my car, I was warmly greeted by the friendly bellhop, who graciously assisted me with my luggage and escorted me to my room on the upper floor. The staff throughout the hotel exuded a remarkable level of friendliness and expertise, making every interaction a pleasure. Upon entering my room, I was immediately struck by its cleanliness and inviting atmosphere. The bed linens were crisp and fresh, allowing me to sleep comfortably. The Refinery Hotel's charming blend of historical elegance and friendly staff sets it apart. The architecture carries a certain quaintness, with its unique design elements telling a story of days gone by while providing a cozy and enjoyable environment for guests. I also enjoyed Sunday brunch at the restaurant with family to celebrate a birthday. Each dish was beautifully presented and flavorful, creating a memorable dining experience. Overall, my stay at the Refinery Hotel was exceptional, and I cannot wait for the opportunity to return. The impeccable service, great location, and the hotel's unique character left a lasting impression on me.

A great place to stay if your activities are in mid-town. Short distance from Grand Central, easy walk to Broadway, and close to Bryant Park. Quiet street, clean room and staff was very accommodating.

Nice location, very good service. Nice welcome gift from manager. Room was somewhat basic but nice for this level of hotel. Great location easy walk to anything we needed especially broadway shows without being too close to Times Square and all of that absolute chaos!

This was a perfect location, big rooms, an adorable jazz bar AND a rooftop bar that was very cozy in the middle of January! Walkability to Time Square, Bryant Park but also feels neighborly with Zucker bagels and some delicious cookie place across the street.
