About this space
Welcome to SI House! Your home away from home!
You will enjoy your stay in this newly renovated beautiful & cozy 2 bedrooms apartment. Our apartment is located only 5 minutes away from the Verrazano Bridge. Local & express buses stops are only few mins walk from our apartment. Guest have access to the entire apartment with a private entrance. Ideal for personal and business travel! We will make sure you feel comfortable at this home away from home!
The space
Our apartment is located on the first floor of our property. There are 2 stylish bedrooms suitable for 2-4 guests. One bedroom has a queen bed, the other bedroom has a full size sofa bed, a coffee table and 65” Smart TV, it could also be used as a living room. Well-equipped modern kitchen with basic cooking tools. Brand new bathroom with stand-up shower and glass door. Big windows in both bedrooms.
Please note that there is only one TV in one of the rooms. if having a TV in the room is important for you, please do not book our apartment :)

- Split AC in all bedrooms and living room.
- Gas heating system
- Quick access to both local and express buses (5 mins walking distance)
- 5 mins to the Verrazano Bridge
- 30 mins to Manhattan via driving
- 10 mins to Brooklyn via driving
- Stove & Oven
- Stainless steel refrigerator, microwave, toaster, electric water boiler
- Pots and pan, utensils, dish-wares, cups are provided
- High-speed WiFi
- 65” QLED Smart TV (connect to Netflix, YouTube, Hulu etc.)

Everything is brand new!
House Rule:
- No outdoor shoes inside the apartment. We have slippers in the apartment, but feel free to bring your own.
- No pets allowed.
- No smoking including e-cigarettes inside the property.
- No parties or events allowed.
- No loud noise, or music.
- No illegal substances or activities allowed.
- Quiet hours are from 10 PM - 8 AM.
- Avoid damage. Please treat our belongings appropriately, and we will charge you for damage caused by you.
- Always lock doors behind you. Doors can be locked by pressing the "Yale" bottom after the door is closed.
- Clean up the property before checkout.
- Please respect our neighbors.
- Please don’t eat or drink in the bedrooms.
- Please don’t rearrange the furniture.
- Please do your dishes during your stay.
- Most important: Enjoy your stay :)
