Beautiful, sun-drenched, renovated 2 bedroom apartment on a historic tree-lined block. Our apartment has modern amenities and high-end design touches. Five minutes from the subway, the location is close to everything the neighborhood has to offer! 20 minutes to downtown Manhattan on the subway.

Please note that this is our primary residence so we ask for the utmost respect for our space while you enjoy Brooklyn.
The space
Chic family-friendly two bedrooms, 1.5-bathroom apartment on a historic Brooklyn block.

Sun pours into the open concept living room and kitchen. Relax on the couch while watching TV or enjoy working remotely from the desk.

The kitchen is fully equipped for home chefs. Includes, a dishwasher, microwave, and coffee maker.

The first bedroom has a children's twin bed appropriate for someone under the age of ten.

The second bedroom has a Queen size bed and mini crib. Bedroom views include the Empire State Building.

The apartment is on the top floor of a Brownstone building. We are just 5 minutes from the C train that will have you in downtown Manhattan in 20 minutes.
