First off no parking had to walk far away after parking on a street!l television not working room phone not working hair was in my shower no extra trash bags for clean up can be much better!!!!!

There was a stranger knocking the door in the mid night so i tried to call the front desk but the room’s phone is unavailable I texted to the number with which I got a text message “plz text us if there is problem” when checking in but I didn’t get the answer. I cannot get asleep
At check in, they sent us to a room that had not been cleaned, there was no place in the bathroom for toiletries, the morning snack ran out early. Two bags of trash were left at the elevator door for a day without being collected, in short, the hotel is not organized and does not respect the customer. The price to be paid is much higher than what the hotel can offer for a stay.
I only booked it for the sleep. Everything was okay but a few minor things: I got double bed but one of it was broken it wasnt that comfortable the spring was sucken it!
There was no closet to put our clothes and stuff.
The bathroom was okay and there was no holder of the soap in the shower. I didnt get hot water for the 3 nights. Overall the place was good. Subway is nearby and good place to eat around. I would recommend to go again just for a night or 2.
Quick 1 night stay, the bed was not comfortable at all. The was hair on the table wrapped around the phone cord, I could not avoid rolling to the middle of the bed, the universal remote did not work, the bathroom was beautiful, and the staff was nice
I had the WORST experience from the moment I checked in. My room was DISGUSTING, dried blood stains on the comforter and linen, dirty walls, dirty sticky floors and there was trash under the bed for so long
Horrible check in time. Room felt like it could of been a little cleaner.

The staff didn't provide the proper remote control for use in the room. However, there was abysmal communication at the front desk, and there was no parking at the location.
The place felt clean and safe! I would go back! It was easy to get around and into the city. Whether we took an uber or took the subway! Affordable too!
Honestly, the staff was good, but, it’s so insecure around, smelled like weed all the time, the people who was staying next door was so noisy and we felt unsafe most of the time
