Great location! Super fast elevators! Tremendous views from rooftop bar! Room was nice and modern but the mattress was hard, lumpy and the linens, towels, and complimentary robe were all stiff and quite scratchy. A bit of fabric softener would go a long way. Reception staff was pleasant and helpful but we had trouble receiving the items we requested. We asked for non-feather pillows (on their list of available items) and it took 2 days to receive them. Also asked for 3 sets of towels but only received bath towels. Ordered room service once and the BLT toast was burnt, actually black on both sides. Picked up from the restaurant once but the risotto was so salty it was not edible. Also the cubby areas behind both bars were literally caked in dust and grime. Frankly, I expected more from a hotel in the Hyatt family.

The hotel amenities were nice. The room was clean and the staff were very friendly. The few drawbacks were you could hear people walking and talking as they walk near your room and the shower constant dripping.
