Deceiving

Lobby was nice, room was bare bones, in need of maintenance and dirty. The beds were squeaky and uncomfortable. Not one picture or piece of decor in our room, it felt like a hostel. The pictures shown online are definitely selective which ones they want to show you. Hotels.com advertises the hotel had 5 bars and restaurants… they do not even have one. There are zero amenities at this hotel. You’re paying for the location and that’s it.

Short walk to the Bowery Ballroom, subway, and a handful of highly rated restaurants nearby. Got there before the room was ready, they held our bags while we went and got lunch, got back and they had already carried our bags to our room for us. They room was very clean and the whole place was beautiful!

A chic boutique hotel (no elevator) with lots of well decorated sitting areas! Ce trally located with fun restaurants and bar in walking distance! The staff was very helpful and friendly! Will stay here again!
