Excelente ubicación. El servicio del personal muy amable. El cuarto cuenta con nevera, microhondas un plus para ahorrar en comida. Justo al lado del hotel hay varias opciones de comida buena y justo al frente una estacion de tren super prefecto para moverse a la ciudad te lleva en linea directa a Times square Se pueda caminar hasta el area de 9/11 y el Batery Park (estatua de la libertad) Lo unico a mejorar la calidad de las toallas y un poco la limpieza de las paredes. Definitivamente volveria. Si buscas un hotel con muchas amenidades este no es. Pero tiene lo basico si vas a wstar todo el dia fuera visitando la ciudad.

Revisiting after 9/11.

The location of the property was the key to this property with transport links, pubs, restaurants and cafes very close by. From check in to checkout no problems and Guru plus the girls on reception were always helpful and polite. Before departure leaving my luggage after check in was not a problem. The rooms were checked every day for clean towels etc. I did have minor key fob issues. I would stay here again.

I travel for business to FIDI weekly. This hotel is actually one of my favorite hotels for comfort. Although a bit in need of maintenance the people are friendly, the tv always works, and I always sleep well which is more than I can say for other hotels.

Skip it and find someplace else

The place is in a great location but the room was dirty. There was enough long black hair on the floor to make a wig, and the floors were super sticky. The shower needed a deep cleaning and parts of the kitchenette counter were dirty as well. The room is okay but no one told me that I was going to share a balcony with another room. There were people literally outside my window and door smoking pot and chatting late through the night. The smell of pot filled up my room and the walls are paper thin. Also the air conditioner/heater was super noisy when it shuts off making me wake up every time. I really wanted to like this place but I didn't. I will not be staying here again and I suggest you avoid it.
