Room was not clean and it's too smelly and water clog in bath tub. They don't have water for the visitors. I would suggest not to stay here. Even breakfast was horrible..

Poor service

Wash basin was clogged, Bath tub was cracked. Support handle was missing from bath tub. Hotel staff has taken too long to fix clogged basin and after complaining about it they responded rudely and asked to exit from Hotel if not happy with service.

It wasnt great. The staff looked bother and one had to get off her phone. The room left something to be desired. Cracked window. There was garbage on the bathroom floor. Bar of soap from previous stay was still in the tub. Wondering if it was even cleaned. We took the hit and found another hotel.

The hotel is in a great location. Upon arriving, check in was quick. After pulling back the sheets on each bed it was noticed the linens were dirty with hair. The front desk was kind and apologetic, immediately going to change the bedding. The hotel was fully booked. There is no carpeting, I think that contributes to that there is no sound barrier. You hear everything. It was very noisy with crying children. Yelling. Kids running around. The beds are quite hard also. Due to this mix of events we cut our stay short by one night and checked out early. Frank at the front desk was very kind and understanding. He kept this review from being one stars all around!

The two rooms we received were not clean at all and the trash was in the garbage. The nice from service is that we receve other rooms on difrent floor and they were clean.
