This magnificent studio is ideally located in the heart of Vieux Nice, 1 minute from Place Rossetti, 3 minutes from a streetcar stop and 5 minutes from the sea.😎
What you'll appreciate most is how quiet this apartment is, even though it's right in the heart of the old town.
Completely refurbished, the apartment features a beautiful living room with a sofa bed, an open kitchen, a lovely bathroom with Italian shower and a mezzanine with a double bed and a relaxation area under the velux windows from which you'll have a magnificent view.
The apartment is on the 6th floor, without elevator.
The apartment is equipped with fiber.
