The house has a magnificent panoramic view at 180 ° C of the beautiful medieval village of Carros Village to the sea through the hills of Nice.
The villa of 130 m2, located in a dominant position, is composed of 7 rooms including 5 bedrooms and an office, as well as a living room with American kitchen. A beautiful landscaped and planted land of almost 2000 m2 will delight you with its beautiful swimming pool of 5 X 10m, as well as games for children (gantry, table tennis, football goals ...).
