Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities
秘境的な場所ですが、いろいろとほんとに微妙でした。 部屋は、リフォームしていたのでキレイでした。スタッフは一所懸命やっている感じはしましたが、全員日本人ではなく、質問してもちゃんと回答もらえない感じでした。1番困ったのは、朝食はホテルで別途支払いと記載されているのに、前もって予約しないとダメと言われて、結局食べられなかったことです。もう、行かないのでいいですが、あの場所で、チェックイン時に朝ごはんは用意できませんと言われても買いに行くこともできないですし、本当に困りましたね。他の人も同じこと言われて、困ってました。 あと、まだ修理中なのかもですがらあっちこっち暗いですし、変なホースがフロントから出てました。スタッフが足りてないのだと思いますが、フロントに納品物が山積みになっててびっくりしましたし、部屋にスリッパが置いてあるので、部屋に行くまで、靴下で歩き回るのも嫌でした。 あと、部屋のタオルとかも足りてなく、それは言ったもらえましたが、 5名で予約して、６名部屋でしたが、布団が４枚しかなく、言うのと疲れたので、家族だったのであるので我慢して寝ました。 あと、となりの部屋のドアが閉まると、ドンって音が響くので、夜はびっくりします。朝には慣れましたが とりあえず、ビジネスホテルかなーと思って行ったらダメです。 外国の秘境のホテルだと思って行けばがっかりしないと思います。
