Welcome to this charming holiday home, which has four bedrooms and room for 6 people. The house is spread over two floors and is modern and attractively furnished. The heart of the house is the cosy living area with open-plan kitchen and sofa corner with TV, where you can relax with family or friends over a glass of wine after a long day's holiday. There are also 2 modern bathrooms at your disposal.



There are several covered outdoor terraces around the house, perfect for long days out in the fresh air. Spend quiet moments here reading or eating with family or friends.



The surrounding area offers a variety of excursion options: Visit the Gondorf Eifelpark, the Eifelzoo or many lakes and the maars nearby. The area is ideal for hiking, skiing or tobogganing, e.g. in the Wolfsschlucht or Zum Schwarzen Mann. A cycle path set up by the municipality is just a few metres away. In Bitburg you can go ice skating or visit the brewery. Gerolstein offers marvellous hiking trails.



The highly recommended Nimstal cycle path is a cycle route along the Eifel river Nims. It connects Weinsheim in the Prümer Kalkmulde, the source area of the Nims, with its confluence with the Prüm near Irrel. It thus forms a link in the Rhineland-Palatinate cycle route network between the Eifel-Ardennes Cycle Route and the Prümtal Cycle Route. Via the Prümtal cycle path, the Sûre Valley near Minden, on the German-Luxembourg border, can be reached after just a few kilometres. Most of the route is flat to slightly hilly and runs partly along a former railway line. The 24-kilometre Lasel Bitburg section has steep climbs and descents. The cycle path is a wonderful excursion idea for your holiday.
