Well-kept, beach-side (250 m), quiet apartments in north-north dike.

Only 250 meters from the beautiful North Sea beach Norddeich are our 2 modern and tastefully furnished apartments. In December 2019 we opened Apartments Saida in a new light. Look forward to a great holiday in comfortable apartments, with their own parking space directly in front of the house, WiFi and many other amenities.

Bedding and towels are included. Pets are not allowed, smoking is not allowed.

A welcome dinner at the Cortina Ristorante Italiano on the day of your arrival is a small thank you for your trust.

An sich ist die Wohnung sehr schön, das einzige Manko ist, dass die obere Etage sehr laut ist und dauert knarzt und knackt wenn man oben läuft

Schöne geräumige Ferienwohnung

Die FeWo entsprach den Erwartungen. Sie fiel sogar geräumiger aus, als auf den Fotos zu erkennen. Hier und da müssten noch einige Defekte beseitigt werden (fehlender Griff an Trassentür, defekte Leuchtmittel, Steckdose hinterm Sofa). Ansonsten haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt und die Lage war toll.

Eine (fast) perfekte Ferienwohnung

Eine schöne, saubere und gepflegte Wohnung. Und - zumindest jetzt im November - absolut still. Die Lage ist perfekt, um an der Wasserkante und am Hafen spazieren zu gehen (kein Sandstrand). Geschäfte und Restaurants fußläufig erreichbar. Ein kleines Manko ist der etwas lahme Internetzugang, aber man hat ja Urlaub 😉 Zum Schluss auch noch ein dickes Lob für die freundliche Kommunikation und die problemlose Schlüsselübergabe. Wir hatten sehr erholsame in Ostfriesland. Danke dafür Marlies und Gerhard Smits

Tolles Wochenende

Die Wohnung ist sauber, hat alles was man braucht. Tolle Lage für Ausflüge , Strand Spaziergänge und auch zum Essen gehen. Das Wochenende hat uns sehr gut gefallen.

Es war alles zu unserer Zufriedenheit.

Die Lage der Wohnung ist sehr zentral. Man ist gleich am Hafen, am Bahnhof und am Strand. Ein Bäcker ist auch gleich um die Ecke.

Tolle Unterkunft/Strandnähe

Die Wohnung wurde uns vom Vermieter in einem sehr sauberen Zustand übergeben. Sie liegt sehr strandnah kurz hinter dem Deich. Bei Ankunft gab es ein kostenloses Abendessen im italienischen Restaurant. Eine Netto ist fußläufig zu erreichen, sowie einige Ausflugsziele. In der Wohnung ist alles vorhanden was man benötigt bis auf die Ausstattung in der Küche. Da fehlte es an einigen Dingen, was aber nicht schlimm ist, wenn man nicht dringend kochen möchte. Sonst völlig ausreichend. Waschmaschine mit Trockner vorhanden. Rundum ein gelungener Urlaub. Wir werden wieder kommen.

Saubere Wohnung in super Lage von Norddeich

Eine super Lage- in einige Gehminuten ist man am Strand oder in der Stadt, mit Restaurants, Post, Läden usw. Die Wohnung ist größer als in den Fotos zu sehen ist- und picobello sauber. Zwei bequeme Schlafzimmer, schönes Bad mit einer tollen Dusche, kleinen Wohn- und Essbereich mit Küchenzeile. Die Betten waren schon bezogen und rochen frisch, Handtücher in ausreichenden Mengen vorhanden. Die Küche war ganz ok - die Sachen waren neuwertig- aber es fehlten für mich “normale” Ausstattung wie eine Reibe, Topflappen usw. aber vielleicht kochen wir mehr als andere Gäste. W-LAN und zwei Fernsehen waren auch super! Die zwei Minuspunkte für mich waren, dass die Waschmaschine defekt und nicht eigenständig zu betätigen war (man hätte es benutzen dürfen, nur müsste man das erstmal ankündigen, damit jemand vorbei kommen könnte um irgendwas zu machen) - schon ärgerlich. Hoffentlich wird das Problem bald gelöst! Und zweitens: wir waren fünf Leute, aber es waren nur vier Betten und Stühle. Unser jüngstes Kind ist 4 und könnte noch zu uns ins Bett, aber ein Hochstuhl (auch vorhanden) ist wirklich zu klein. Insgesamt hatten wir eine sehr schöne Zeit hier und würden es empfehlen!
