Leider sehr enttäuschend, Kinderbetten zu klein, der Sohn musste auf auf der Couch schlafen. Hat hier jemand die Wohnung gereinigt !? Wir mussten erst alles selber säubern… Danke für den tollen Urlaubsstart …Unter den Betten wurde gefühlt noch nie sauber gemacht. für das Geld würde ich mich schämen… wir machen seit Jahren in Norddeich Urlaub, aber sowas haben wir noch nicht erlebt. Für uns das letzte mal !!! Leider !!!

Wir waren voll und ganz zufrieden mit der Ferienwohnung. Die Ausstattung und Aufteilung der Zimmer war für und als Familie mit 2 Erwachsenen und 2 Kindern optimal. Die Lage ist perfekt weil ruhig und trotzdem zentral. Wir würden jederzeit wieder buchen...

Wer Erlebnisurlaub sucht ist hier genau richtig…

Als wir angekommen mussten wir feststellen, dass der Wohn- /Essbereich von Ameisen besiedelt war. Eine bereits vorhandene Ameisenfalle lässt vermuten, dass das Problem schon länger besteht und auch bekannt ist. Nachdem wir uns beschwert hatten, kam der Hausmeister und hat weitere Fallen aufgestellt, jedoch mit mäßigem Erfolg (am Tag der Abreise hatten wir immer noch Ameisen). Als wir unter die Couch schauten, wurde uns die Ursache des Problems schnell klar, dort fanden sich Dreck und Essensreste aus der letzten Jahren, gleiches gilt auch für die restlichen Wohnzimmer Möbel. Im Haus sind fast alle Türklinken lose, diverse Lampen sind defekt (Kühlschrank, Abzugshaube, sowie bei diversen Tisch und Stehlampen). Das Kinderzimmer mit Stockbetten, ist sehr klein und nicht gerade einladend… Der Aussenbereich ist auch sehr ungepflegt. Zum krönenden Abschluss wurden wir zwei vom Rauchmelder Nachts geweckt, da die Batterielaufzeit zu Ende ging. Ein vorsorglicher Tausch der Einwegmelder war lt. Vermietungsgesellschaft nicht möglich Das Objekt ist gut gelegen, jedoch alles in allem sehr verwohnt und teils dreckig.

Soweit so gut, es geht aber besser

Die Wohnung ist sauber und zweckmässig eingerichtet. Fenster, Türen und die Matratzen sind jedoch deutlich in die Jahre gekommen, hier herrscht dringend Handlungsbedarf. Vor der Eingangstür dominieren die Mülltonnen und Wildwuchs. Der erste Eindruck versetzt den Besucher in Schockstarre. Leider wurde das Besteck sowie Töpfe und Pfannen bei der letzten Reinigung offensichtlich vergessen.

Sauber, hell und Zweckgemäß eingerichtet

Für eine Woche ausreichend. Wenn ich jedoch länger bleiben möchte oder gar mit Kindern, ist es doch eng und klein. Keine Waschmaschine und kein WLAN. Ansonsten ist die Lage der Wohnung sehr gut!

Super Lage, gute Ausstattung, moderne Einrichtung

Uns hat die Woche ganz gut gefallen. Die Lage ist wirklich super. Erst recht mit Kind, da ein Spielplatz direkt angrenzt. Der Bungalow ist von außen leider nicht sehr gepflegt. Sowohl der Vorgarten, als auch der Garten selbst. Ein defektes Küchenfenster haben wir gemeldet. Die Küche ist top, sowohl von der Ausstattung, als auch von der Sauberkeit. Der Bungalow ist sehr nett eingerichtet. Nicht überladen, aber mit Liebe zum Detail. Wir würden wieder kommen. Achja, die Matratzen sollten dringend erneuert werden. Diese sind schon ziemlich durchgelegen für meinen Geschmack. Beste Grüße!

Mein Urlaub 2015

Alles in Allem war ich sehr zufrieen die Wohnung war sauber gut eingerichtet alles was benötigt vorhanden in der K üche. das Bad sehr benutzungsfreundlich Ein Fön wäre schön gewesen aber das hat unserm Urlaub nicht geschadet Wir - meine Freundin - und ich waren sehr gerne dort! die lage ses kl. Bungalows liegt auch sehr zentral sowohl zum Strand als auch mal zum bummeln oder in ein Cafe oder Restaurant. ich komme gerne wieder her. Gruß U.J.
