Das Inserat hält nicht was es verspricht

Wie im Inserat # 10954239 beschrieben, haben wir eine Villa mit großer Küche, Terrasse, Veranda, mehreren Schlaf- und Badezimmern bereits im März 2023 gebucht. Fewo-direkt hat uns diese Buchung mit einer max. Belegung von bis zu 8 Personen bestätigt. Der Vermieter hat auf unsere schriftliche Anfrage zwecks Uhrzeit für die Schlüsselübergabe nicht geantwortet, sondern erst 1 Tag vor der Anreise am 16.09.2023 per Whats app reagiert. Am Anreisetag 17.09.2023 hat uns dann der Vermieter darüber informiert, dass für uns nur ein Apartment mit 1 Schlafzimmer, kleine Küche und Bad zur Verfügung stehen würde. Tatsächlich war die Villa bei Ankunft belegt und nur das dazugehörige Apartment daneben noch frei. Zur Schlüsselübergabe hat der Vermieter seine Reinigungskraft zusammen mit Englisch sprechenden Verwandten geschickt. Alternativ wurde uns vom Vermieter ein Apartment im Hotel angeboten, oder für 2 Nächte die Villa und anschließend das Apartment im Hotel. Da wir das Ferienhaus wegen der großen Küche gebucht haben, machte es für uns keinen Sinn ins Hotel zu gehen und schon gar nicht dauernd umzuziehen. Wir haben die Situation sowohl beim Vermieter als auch bei Fewo-direkt reklamiert. Allerdings konnte aufgrund der Hochsaison kein Ersatz gefunden werden. Also sind wir notgedrungen im Apartment geblieben und haben das beste daraus gemacht.
