Owners live on the premises in an attached guest suite with private entrance on the side of the house between mid January to mid March. During other times of year, the guest suite may also be booked but these guests will access the other unit by a side door, do not use or have access to the lanai or pool area therefore you will have your privacy in those areas. The only areas accessible to both are the backyard and laundry room in the garage.
