Do not stay here!!!

We had to change rooms. First room was absolutely disgusting. It smelled, there were ants everywhere, bodily fluid stains on the pull out couch and bed skirts. Did not receive blankets/sheets for pull out couch. We were given a new room next door. It smelled better and there were no ants. However there were dried boogers on the comforters, mold and dried blood on the curtains and someone dried spit on the wall. Could not shower, it was nasty and there was hardly any water . I would not recommend . Also still did not receive any blankets.

Pillows and blankets had an unhealthy amount of bleach in them. Woke up with severe allergies and couldnt breathe… also a Horribly strong Bleach smell in the pool room, kids swam for only 20 mins because i wanted to pass out. Was ok for a night stay but the pricing was still outrageous for a hotel like this. Breakfast was good.

True Comfort!

I had a great stay at this hotel! The name really says it ALL, it was a comfortable stay!! I had a good nights sleep on the spacious and comfortable bed and pillows. The room had a nice little sofa and table which was a very relaxing area in the room. No bells or whistles just what you need for short term travel.

The hotel concierge could not find my two room reservation which caused a delay in registering. The room needs more cleaning and bathrooms need updating. The shower bar with curtain is hanging by a thread. The faucet came on and off numerous times. The free breakfast was nothing to be desired. Overall I wouldn’t stay here again.

It was just okay. $200 a night, I expected better. But, it wasn’t too bad. We were in town for a sporting event at Foxwoods & many hotels were booked or double the price. For that cost, I want to feel comfy, relaxed and as if the cost is so worth it. The included breakfast in the nice lobby was a perk. Our beds were comfy (yay!) The room seemed like they tried to update it with a pop of color on a wall & new hanging wall art (crooked). Our room had a yogurt (?!) smell that we had to simply just get used to. Not sure what that was. Bathroom was a 6 on 1-10 scale but decent. Very hesitant to try the pool…my daughter got creeped out going down what seemed like basement stairs to get there. Gym is tiny. Staff was VERY nice and hard working.

Hotel didn’t have my reservation in system. Took about 45 min for customer service to get th authorizing to the hotel befor we could check in. Spent 15 min just to get someone to speak with about the issues. All after driving 6 hours.
