Staff very friendly and helpful. Restaurant is only open fo rbreakfast on weekends. Beds were clean, comfy and didn't make noise when getting in or out of. However the carpet is worn and needs replacement as does the furniture. Bathroom though clean, could use a good overhaul of paint and caulk. Water pressure and temperature was good. Curtains need to be fixed/replaced. Our side was facing the interstate so yes, there is traffic noise. Room temperature was able to be nicely regulated and made it comfortable. Refrig & coffee machine in room, as was an iron, hair dryer and nice size clothes cabinet were convenient. Would consider stayiing here again in the future.

We love how quiet the night was and didnt care much about the trucks going by in the highway.. the facility is clean and the staff and very friendly, the rooms are average and could use some repair but the bed was super comfortable and and sheets were super clean... breakfast was 10 out of 10 and the attendant are super friendly..

This place basic but super clean and comfortable. The welcome was warm and I’m actually excited to try the hot breakfast buffet in the morning! I have a feeling it’s going to be pretty great. Easy highway access, plenty of stuff around including a c-store across the street. Taco Boys is a fantastic neighborhood spot up the street definitely worth a try. Loved it!!

Be aware before booking! The rooms at West Gate Nyack were extremely dirty. We had to switch rooms three times, and each one was worse than the last. Stained bed sheets and pillows, dust and dirt everywhere — it was so bad we ended up going to Target to buy our own sheets just to get through the night. The WiFi barely worked, and the “buffet” breakfast was lukewarm at best. While we were checking in, we noticed multiple guests at the front desk requesting refunds for the same reasons, and one even demanded their money back because the conditions were unacceptable. The only redeeming factor was the front desk staff — they were really nice and as accommodating as possible, and the cheesecake but unfortunately the hotel itself was in very poor condition. Save yourself the stress and look elsewhere.
