Very nice stay but they need to do a better job on

I got an upgrade without even asking and a very nice suite. I will say there is a lot of eco-friendly amenities like big dispensers instead of tiny little bottles. However there was no recycling bin in the room! And there wasn't one downstairs either. Thankfully the lady behind the desk said that she would recycle it and I hope she will. But what I really hope is that this hotel and the whole chain gets with prevention Reuse Recycling and composting. Nothing was recycled from The Breakfast room even though plenty of it was recyclable and some was compostable.

Internet was not working for 24h, so I missed 2 important Zoom calls - due to the hotel installation (ie not a neighborhood outage) In the evening, when we came back to the hotel, the room was not made: we mentioned it to the reception this (Sunday) morning they said we needed to remove the sign “don’t disturb” by 8am in the (Saturday) morning, but it was not indicated anywhere, and the reception was very rude this morning, and clearly did not care. Very bad and we will certainly not come back, and will tell our friends.

They are in the process of upgrading aome of the rooms and there was construction noise all around us for about an hour which delayed some business that we were doing. We asked for a slightly later check out andnthey were gracious with our request.

Property is in a good location; price was good , hope will stay that way. Would’ve liked to bring our dog but hotel had no dog policy - we respect their policy of course.
