Great Stay at Equus Inn

Quick check in. Quiet room away from the busy highway. Lots of options for breakfast. Room has attractive equine wallpaper and great shower. Front desk personnel are cheerful and helpful.

Convenient location to nearby shopping and dinning. Nice atmosphere and staff. Good breakfast but bad coffee. Had to go to Starbucks. Hard to figure out the TV channels. My room phone did not work. Had to call front desk on my phone.

Nice and clean

Nice room and place, good service but a bit noisy because the main street is right across. Very good bed and ac. Beautiful shower and great hot breakfast with eggs and sausage plus waffles.

Surprised but pleased

My initial encounter was not quite pleasant with the young man who checked me in. Superficial. But Ms Kim made up for it. The kitchen staff was very pleasant. Good breakfast.The pictures you see are real. Nicely renovated beautiful courtyard, comfortable beds, clean, I like the laminate floors. My only downside was, there were tournaments going on and the children got quite noisy at night once they returned. But my second night got better when they were asked to silence the noise. Very nice hotel for the price compared to the nearby brands. I would visit again but making sure no group activity is going on next time.

The room was amazing, very nice and clean. The issue I had was with the cable. It kept freezing on every channel all night and it was frustrating watching TV. The people were very nice and friendly.

Great 2 night stay on business

I loved the Equus Inn for my 2 night stay. It was comfortable and had good amenities for the price. My ONLY complaint is that the TV buffered the whole time so it was hard to watch much. I'm guessing it was a WiFi issue since they are smart TVs.

It was okay...

Booked this because of the reviews and the proximity to where I needed to be. The facility was clean, but a little worn. The shower was tricky - the water handle kind of spun and finding a temperature that wasn't scalding hot was tough. Room phone didn't work and some of the electrical outlets did not either. Had to move the desk to an area where there was working electric. The description said that there was a bar, but there was only an area that had beer and wine on tap that you could purchase with your room card - and not all taps were operational. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was okay. Would not book again.
