Hello Good morning I got to the motel and there was not any room available they bad service I had to go to different hotel and wait for refund and 2 days they don’t have any hotel management experience it looks like they only service there people I will never go back to hotel never I give this place 1 star.

The room was ready but wasn’t actually ready. Walls were nasty, shower was dirty, the tv wasn’t working. I had to buy bleach spray to clean the room. Towels was a horrible thing to get. No sheets to be changed. Clerk wasn’t help. Just horrible. But you get what you pay for! Just don’t stay here !

The room was not clean. There were roaches coming from behind the tv. Writing on the walls and a leak under the the sink. It’s supposed to be no smoking but the neighboring room had ppl smoking and the smell coming through the wall. Shantell and JP made it better by being professional and friendly.

Clerk gave me a room key that has people already in them causing me to walk in on them. He then gave me another key without any apology at all. I checked out 30 minutes after. I couldn’t sleep with a peace of mind knowing anyone could walk in on me at any moment.

We were not expecting the Ritz Carlton. I only needed a room to rest for the evening. We arrived at 11:30 PM and when we got there, the room was not available. They needed to clean and we had to wait about 20 minutes. I had requested a ground floor room, which I knew was not guaranteed and it wasn’t available at the time we arrived which I understand but my father is 89 years old and has a difficulty walking and the hotel does not have an elevator to go to the second floor as I said, I wasn’t expecting anything great but when we did get into the room, even though my reservation stated we had three adults they gave us one towel so I had to go back down to the check-in window outside and ask for additional towels. The room was much as you would expect in a one or two star motel so don’t take this wrong it’s served its purpose sleep for a few hours and get back on the road. The staff was very pleasant though.
