Hotel room ac was not fully working. Something was leaking and saturated the carpet. Called the front desk to try and get the carpet cleaned, maintenance came to look at it and did nothing. The carpet never got cleaned so we were just waking on saturated carpet.

Not a great experience

The pictures online make the hotel look good, but when you get there it’s a different story. The hotel is very hot. There was mold in our bathroom. The wall paper peeling in our room. There were used items left in our hotel room from past guest. Just not a great experience here.

We enjoyed our stay. It was quiet, comfy bed and large room. Lots of parking and great beach! I recommend an hour before or after pool hours for adults only swim.

The location of the property is great - close to the beach and plenty of restaurants within walking distance. The parking lot is very tight making some spots difficult to park in. We had the room with 2 queen beds and a standard view which had a partial ocean view from a far. It was decent, beds/pillows were comfortable. It could be cleaner - I always do a wipe down of my own with Clorox wipes and there was a ton of grit and hair on the bathroom floor, stuck to the wall, stuff left on the toilet. The shower curtain liner is linen and looks old and.. stained at the bottom. Is it washed for each guest? I’m thinking not but I’m not sure. The pool is inside - and questionable. Very cloudy, multiple visible clumps of hair seen, not sure how often it’s tended to but it didn’t seem as clean as it should be. Overall for the price tolerable but I wont book here again.

Close to beach. Room was clean but didn’t have any dishes or silverware in the kitchen. Room was dated. We asked for a king bed but got 2 double beds. Pool area was crowded and very hot. No where to sit. Would not recommend this property.

Decent Hotel, had no real issues. Shower head was dripping which seems to be from a loose knob (head could use to be replaced as well), but other then that, no issues.

The staff were friendly and helpful, and our room was clean. The only thing I didn’t like was that our room’s balcony sliding door didn’t latch fully, I had to jam it shut. It’s a safety hazard for families with special-needs children. Also, the rooms should include a safe for valuables… They should also consider upgrading the microwaves to 1200 Watt models. Overall, it was a comfortable stay and easy to access from Maryland Route 90, and only ten or fifteen minutes from the Inlet and the Boardwalk.

The hallways and elevator were filthy, the rooms were kept clean. The smoke in the hall ways and balconies was ridiculous. I would definitely find a better place next time
