They delayed check in by 1 hr. We got the room at around 4pm. WiFi was very weak and they did not rectify it till our check out. TV and remote not working. Commode flush had issue. Mainly not a good place for family to stay including area around.

I went to check in and was refused service because the clerk Jon wouldn't allow me to take possession of the room because there is a cash deposit I wasn't aware of. I'm waiting on a refund from Hotel.com

Had to pay $250 penalty when checked in 15 minutes earlier. After seeing people around on the street: drugs etc and we changed our minds about staying. I will NEVER use Expedia again and tell all the people I know how you have ridiculous rules.

Had to put a cash deposit and know where did it say we needed this when registering. I was lucky between the 2 of us we had enough cash because we didn't have a cash card to use at their cash machine. Things seemed dirty and dingy in the area. The room was clean but disappointing because linens looked old and bed was not terribly comfortable.

The check in and out was easy and the staff was friendly. The room was clean. The problem is the safety on the property. A lot of homeless people in the area. My first night there was extremely loud music playing for hours in a room near mine making it impossible to sleep. I never saw any security on the property, only the one young lady in the office.
