The apartment has 1.5 bathrooms, including a full bathroom with a shower, washing machine, and hairdryer, as well as an additional toilet for convenience.
The fully equipped kitchen includes a stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, and all necessary utensils. The dining area has a table and chairs, while the open-plan living room features a comfortable sofa, creating a welcoming space to relax.
The apartment has three outdoor areas: a private terrace with a sea view (30 m²), another private terrace with a garden view (35 m²), and a shared terrace with a pool and barbecue area (130 m²) . Outdoor area is equipped with outdoor furniture, natural shade, and sun loungers, offering plenty of space to unwind.
