Ibiza style villa for 6 people, only a few steps from the beach of Oliva.
The villa is distributed over 3 floors. On the second floor there is a cozy terrace with table and chairs overlooking the street from which you can see the sea, a living-dining room with air conditioning and kitchenette. On the second floor there are two bedrooms, one with a double bed (150cm) and one with two single beds, both bedrooms have ceiling fans, air conditioning in the hallway and a bathroom with a small bathtub.
On the first floor is the third bedroom with two single beds, bathroom with shower and a living room with direct access to the patio.
In the patio there is a small 3x2m swimming pool, outdoor shower, sunbeds, umbrella and barbecue area with paella to enjoy a good paella with the family.
The house is furnished and equipped with everything you need for a carefree vacation, washing machine, microwave, coffee maker, refrigerator, oven, Spanish TV, internet wifi, air conditioning (hot/cold). All windows have mosquito nets.
The private and completely fenced plot.Quiet area near the beach of Oliva at 200 m from the nearest restaurants, and 250 m from the nearest small supermarket. The golf course of Oliva Nova is 7 km away. The center of Oliva is only 5 minutes away (3 km), Denia 25 minutes (25 km) and the shopping center Portal de La Marina in Ondara 20 km. The house is located between Alicante and Valencia, the airports can be reached in about 1 hour (Valencia) and 1 hour 15 minutes (Alicante) respectively.For long term stays (28 days or more) there are special prices, therefore additional charges may apply, such as Wifi, water and electricity according to consumption.
