Paid $500 for a room that had long hair in various places, sheets were put on the bed backwards. The breakfast was included but the area was very messy and lost appetite and went out for breakfast. The staff weren’t dressed professionally.

It’s “bug season” in the okanagan which staff had signage for. However soon an we check into our room, we had what looked like colonies on the A/C, walls, drapes, lamp post, and the bedding. Thankfully the front desk moved us right away to an adjacent suite, which still had 5 bugs limited to the vent and drapes. When asked if staff could do anything - they said no. Other than that, very friendly staff and well maintained hotel.

The bed was terrible, the room was barely stocked, there were dogs barking all night. The room didn't even have sheer curtains, the windows were either open or closed to the public. The AC made crazy loud thumping sounds all night. Breakfast was meh at best. The pool was cloudy. Seriously, Coast is usually my go to., and this was the worst hotel experience I've had in the last five years.

The only nice hotel in Oliver, although it's a bit pricey for 1 night paid $528 nothing much spectacular, breakfast is included not so much selection.

The bed sheets had hair on them and stains we had to tell them to replace our sheets and the washroom was dirty and the coffee maker was so disgusting it had finger prints and dirt all over and in the morning we were just 7 mins late for breakfast and they said we cant have beeakfast this place is terrible i dont recommend at all.

Room was clean including sink and toilet but walls were full of bacteria ( black light). Pool area could use some decoration as it feels institutional. It was an okay stay but not worth the $ for each night. Breakfast was good but didn’t expect eggos instead of homemade waffles. Staff could be friendlier.
