This charming holiday apartment is located in a traditional Dalmatian stone house in the centre of Omiš - just about 100 metres from the sea, sandy beach and old town. Thanks to its excellent location, you can conveniently reach restaurants, cafés, bars and shopping opportunities on foot. From the private balcony, you can enjoy a beautiful view of the sea and the surrounding coastal landscape - perfect for relaxed hours in the sun.



The approximately 35 m² apartment is located on the first floor and offers space for up to three people. It features a cosy bedroom with a double bed, a single bed and a baby bed, air conditioning, SAT-TV, wardrobe, mirror and access to a private balcony with sea view.



The separate kitchen is fully equipped and offers everything you need for a comfortable stay: electric cooker with two hotplates, oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment, microwave, kettle, filter coffee machine as well as cookware and cutlery. The bathroom has a shower, toilet, washbasin, window and its own washing machine.
