Villa Paradise is situated adjacent to Villa River Hills, which also features three en-suite bedrooms, each available for separate rental.
Villa Hillside Paradise is a beautifully furnished property in Gata Village that offers 280 square meters of usable interior space split into three levels (lower ground floor, ground floor, and first floor). It is situated on a fenced private plot of 746 square meters offering 3 parking places. In addition to full air conditioning and free WiFi, it offers all the modern conveniences one could need for a comfortable stay. The home has three tastefully decorated en suite bedrooms that provide a quiet haven for rest and relaxation. You'll feel pampered and refreshed throughout your stay thanks to the luxurious bathrooms and cozy beds.
The air here is a unique combination of sea, river, and mountain air. There are only fifteen-weekend cottages or villas nearby, and while the location is quiet and conveniently close to all the amenities, a car is still required. The vista of the Cetina River Canyon and the well-liked tourist attraction, Radman's Mills, are stunning. The most stunning beaches on the Adriatic Coast and the town of Omis are both 7 km away from the house. With about 25,000 residents, Omis is a quaint little town on the Adriatic Coast with amenities to make your vacation more enjoyable. Situated just 25 kilometers to the west, Split is a well-liked travel destination for thousands of travelers worldwide due to its abundance of historical landmarks and attractions. The Roman emperor Diocletian's palace in Split's historic district is a zero-category monument under UNESCO protection. There is an airport only 40 kilometers from the house, and the incredible historic city of Trogir is located a short distance away.
The Omis Riviera offers a wide variety of beaches, from a kilometer-long sandy beach in the town center to a string of exquisite beaches with tiny pebbles. A rich, organic shade unites the majority of them. The city center is lively and teeming with activity. In just a few kilometers, Omiš offers rafting, free climbing, paragliding, diving, sailing, and beach volleyball. For those seeking an action-packed vacation, these options are endless. All you thrill-seekers need to do is choose.
This is how the floor is set up and what is available just to you:
* The OUTDOORS features a 4,3 x 7,9 m (34 sq ft) heated private swimming pool (Please note that the pool water temperature, even with heating, can be affected by weather conditions and seasons. Therefore, specific pool temperatures cannot be guaranteed.) with an attached hydromassage area and a fully automated salt electrolysis system. Six deck chairs, a classic charcoal/wood barbecue, and an outdoor shower are all present in the sun deck area. A covered outdoor dining area and a direct path to the ground floor bedroom and second living room are situated a short distance above.
* The 15 sq ft second living room on the GROUND floor features a sofa that can be turned into a sofa bed, a TV, air conditioning, and sliding doors that lead to the outdoor dining area. A super king-size bed measuring 200 cm by 220 cm, a TV, air conditioning, and a sliding door to the pool area are all features of bedroom NO 3 (15,7 sqm). A family restroom featuring a shower and bathtub. A fully furnished 27 square meter gym featuring a treadmill, an exercise bike, a bench, equipment for yoga and pilates, some weights, a shower, and air conditioning. A 4 square meter separate laundry room with a washer, dryer, iron, and ironing supplies is available.
* The 50 square meter "fun zone" on the LOWER GROUND floor has a fridge, a bar with four stools, a PlayStation 5, a very comfy sofa, and table tennis and soccer.
* The first floor, or the main living area, is 44 square meters and has a sofa, flat-screen TV, air conditioning, a large, stylish living room, a lounge area, and a terrace with breathtaking views of the Cetina River Canyon. a dining area and fully functional kitchen with an island. There is a bathroom off it.
A 12 square meter bedroom, designated NO1, has an en suite bathroom featuring a bathtub and a shower, TV, air conditioning, and a king-size bed measuring 180 by 200 cm. Bedroom NO2 (12 sqm) has an air-conditioned, TV, a king-size bed measuring 180 cm by 200 cm, and an attached bathroom featuring a bathtub and a shower.
NOTE: We are unable to accept reservations from groups of very young people (under 23) who are expecting noisy parties at night because this is a quiet place to vacation. The closest supermarket is 6.2 km away, and the closest mini-market is 3,5 km away. In addition to being a great place to unwind, the house is kid-friendly, with two sitting rooms that each have a TV and lots of space for play.
