Villa ZORA is a modern and luxurious villa located in unspoiled nature, in the small picturesque village Naklice, surrounded by hills, with a traditional restaurant within walking distance (800m), but still very close to pirates’ town Omiš (6km), river Cetina and the beautiful the Adriatic Sea. The ideal position of this property offers you many possibilities in 7 minutes of driving: you can visit the town of Omiš full of historical attractions and great restaurants; go to the sandy or pebble beaches, try rafting on river Cetina, zip line above the canyon of a mentioned river or you can visit famous, 1700 years old town Split, only 25km (30min driving) from the property.
The ground floor of Villa Zora offers a private 46sqm swimming pool and a spacious sun deck area with 10 lounge chairs and a seating lounge for 6-8 people. Inside is a modern and fully equipped kitchen with comfortable dining and living area with A/C and exit to the pool area, a separate Toilette, Bedroom No1.with a double bed 180x200cm + en-suite bathroom with shower, A/C.
The first floor offers modern and comfortable 2 en-suite bedrooms, one separate bedroom, and a family bathroom as follows: Bedroom No.2 with two single beds (90x200), A/C. Bedroom No.3 with double bed (180x200), A/C, bathroom with bathtub, balcony with pool view. Bedroom No.4 with double bed (180x200), A/C, bathroom with shower, balcony with pool view. Family bathroom with shower.
At the lower ground, you have a sauna, toilette, and a classic Croatian tavern with A/C where you have local wine that you can taste and buy. Also, at your disposal are a fitness room (orbitrek, pilates ball, 2 exercise sponges, small weights, and Home Gym) and billiards with A/C. Outside is an outdoor covered dining area with a kitchenette, a traditional barbecue, a playground for children, and a sitting lounge in the garden.
In front of the Villa, you have secured a parking place for 3 cars.

Family holiday

Lovely villa In quiet location. Our stay was during very hot weather and the pool was very welcome. There seemed to be a lot of mosquitoes so essential doors kept closed. Very quiet location and a car is essential. The very well equipped villa had all we needed for a relaxing family holiday. We were met by Marko who was very welcoming.

Absolut geniales Haus !! Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt .. im Haus gibt es quasi alles (Waschmaschine mit Waschmittel, Kaffeemaschine mit Kapseln, Geschirrspüler mit Tabs). Das Wetter war leider nicht optimal aber der Pool hatte trotzdem dank der Heizung bis zu 18 grad! Billiardtisch im Keller, Sauna und Sportgeräte! Im Garten Trampolin für die Kids.. der Kontakt mit Marko war auch ohne Probleme per WhatsApp möglich .. drum herum gibts nicht viel aber mit dem Auto nach Omiš sind es nur 10 min, sehr schöne Stadt. Der Fußweg runter ist „aufregend“ Sehr schöne 10 Tage!! :)

Wunderschönes Haus und sehr netter Vermieter

Das Haus ist sehr geräumig und sehr gut ausgestattet. (auch mit vielen Küchenutensilien die nicht immer alle in Ferienhäusern zu finden sind). Die Lage ist sehr ruhig und das Haus ist umgeben von einem großen alten Eichenbestand. Im Ort befindet sich ein Lokal welches unbedingt besucht werden sollte. (tolles Ambiente und sehr gutes Preis/Leistungsverhältnis). Ins Tal nach Omis sind es zu Fuß nur ca. 35 Minuten. Weitere kleinere Wanderungen sind direkt ab Haus möglich ohne das Auto zu benutzen. Der Vermieter ist extrem entspannt und nett. Sogar unserem Sonderwunsch eine Tischtennisplatte zu organisieren kam er nach :-). Alles in allem war ein ein tolle Woche in einem tollen Objekt

Topmoderne Villa in ruhiger Umgebung

Villa Zora liegt in einem ruhigen Viertel von Naklice und ist weniger als 10 min. von Omis entfernt. Marco als Gastgeber hat uns sehr freundlich empfangen und uns bei unserer späten Ankunft mit einer vorzüglichen Fleisch-, Käse- und Früchteplatte sowie einem leckeren Wein versorgt. Das Haus ist bestens ausgestattet und auch die Kids kommen mit Playstation, Billardtisch und Dartscheibe voll auf ihre Kosten. Der Pool war ebenfalls super und dank Heizung konnten wir ihn trotz kälterem Wetter immer noch gut geniessen. Leider war die 1 Woche viel zu schnell vorüber, aber wir kommen gerne wieder einmal vorbei!

Sehr gut ausgestattetes, modernes und blitzsauberes Haus. Auch in der Küche alles vorhanden bis hin zur Saftpresse. Für unseren Familienurlaub mit 3 jugendlichen Kindern perfekt geeignet. Viele attraktive Ausflugsziele schnell erreichbar. Sehr freundliche und unkomplizierte Kommunikation mit den Besitzer, der jederzeit erreichbar ist.

Modernster Luxus in einem tollen Haus mit schönen Asuflugsmöglichkeiten

Wir wurden mit toll hergerichteten, üppig bestückten Platten(Obst, Käse, Schinken Brot...) und Getränken freundlich vom Eigentümer epmpfangen. Das Haus ist neu, sehr groß (3 Etagen), mit allem erdenklichen Luxus ausgestattet (hochwertige Betten/Wäsche, luxuriöse Bäder/Küche/Media usw.) und äußerst sauber und gepflegt. Der Swimmingpool hatte zum Schluss unseres Aufenthaltes (4 Tage im September) sicherlich ca. 30 Grad Wassertemperatur, da er gut geheizt wird und wir ihn nachts abgedeckt haben-traumhaft. Der Garten verteilt sich auf 2 Ebenen, die untere (größere) Ebene mit Außenküche usw. haben wir gar nicht genutzt, da es dort im September eher schattig war (im Sommer sicher ein Traum). Das Ganze in einmr zwar eher unscheinbaren Dorf, aber man kann toll auf einem Fußweg in ca. 20 Minuten nach Omis laufen, ein schöner lebendiger Ort mit Flair. Absolut zu empfehlen ist auch die vom Vermieter empfohlene rafting-Agentur: supergute guides, die sich Zeit lassen und verschiedenen Highlights auf der Tour eingebaut haben. Die Tour ist ein absolutes Muss! Wir können diese Haus ohne jede Einschränkung rundum empfehlen, insbesondere ist es auch auch für größere Familien/Gruppen sehr gut geeignet, zumal es auch noch Freizeitmöglichkeiten wie Billardtisch, Fitnessraum und Sauna zu bieten hat, was wir gar nicht alles nutzen konnten.

Traumhaus ohne Abstriche

Ich kann dieses Ferienhaus wirklich nur jedem empfehlen. Ob Familie oder Freundesgruppe. Wir waren mit Acht Männern da und es ist einfach traumhaft gewesen. Das Haus ist sehr modern und es ist eigentlich alles vorhanden was man braucht. Der Empfang war auch sehr herzlich und bei Fragen oder wenn man Hilfe brauchte dann musste man nur schnell eine Nachricht schreiben und egal was es war wurde organisiert. Also viele dank für diese Schönen Tage. Ich glaub man sieht sich nochmal😊

Lovely place

We went with my friends to celebrate my birthday. The villa was just wonderful. Marko is super nice, he helped us to get a car from the villa. When we arrived we had food cheese, ham and fruits. Yes I strongly recommending this villa. If I can come again I will do it.

We have just spent a lovely week at Villa Zora. Our host Marko could not have been more welcoming, helpful and considerate. As previous guests have mentioned there was a lovely welcome platter of home produced ham, cheese, wine and fruit. There is a lovely restaurant in the village. Being in a rural location a car is essential. We will definitely return to Villa Zora.

Großfamilienurlaub in der Villa Zora

Die Beschreibung und die Fotos der Villa ZoRa waren ja schon super einladend. Als wir als Großfamilie (6 Erwachse und 4 Kinder) ankamen, waren wir total begeistert von der Villa, aber auch von dem so herzlichen Empfang mit kroatischen kulinarischen Köstlichkeiten durch den Besitzer Marko. Wir sind im Paradies angekommen und es konnte einfach nur ein toller Urlaub werden. Die Kinder haben den Pool sofort in Dauerbeschlag genommen und hatten Spaß ohne Ende. Wenn nicht Pool, dann Trampolinkindergaudi. Auch für uns Erwachsene gab es jede Menge Platz zum chillen, wie Liegen, Raucherlounge, Grillplatz, Bar- und Billardraum. Selbst eine Sauna und Fitnessraum sind vorhanden. Alle Zimmer sind mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. An allen Stellen inklusive Poolbereich sind ausreichend Handtücher vorhanden. 2 Großbild-TV‘s und der Eismaker rundeten die Auswertung von Fotos und Videos vom Rafting, Zipline und Standuppaddeln sowie anderen Ausflügen mit coolen Getränken erfrischend ab. Die Beleuchtungssysteme im Pool und am Haus gaben nachts ein besonderes Urlaubsfeeling dazu. Zur Halbzeit besuchte uns Marko und schenkte uns einen prallgefüllten Obst- und Gemüsekorb aus dem Familiengarten. Um die Poolreinigung kümmerte sich Marko regelmäßig und sehr unauffällig. Er war immer mobil und per WhatsApp für uns erreichbar. Wir sagen nochmal ganz herzlichen Dank für dieses tolle unvergessliche Urlaubserlebnis und können es bestens weiterempfehlen. Der nahe gelegene Piratenort Omis und die tollen Sandstände sind natürlich auch sehr besuchs- und sehenswert.

Amazing villa in quiet neighbourhood

We had an amazing week at Villa Zora. It’s a beautiful home from home in a peaceful area, yet 10 minutes drive from the town of Omis. Our host, Marko, was so friendly, helpful and accommodating, providing recommendations locally and answering any queries swiftly and efficiently. Marko greeted us on arrival with a beautiful spread of fresh local food, and wine made by his lovely father. During the week we were left a basket of fruit grown in his grandmother’s garden. The villa was perfect- clean, spacious, family friendly and comfortable with all mod cons. Definitely recommend and planning to return to explore more of beautiful Croatia. Thank you Marko!

Beautiful villa and amazing host

Our two families spent a fortnight at Villa Zora in August. Marko is an amazing host and greeted us with local ham, cheese and wine. During our stay we were also treated to a basket of fruit from his grandmother’s garden and her homemade cakes. Throughout our stay he gave us lots of advice and was always quick to reply to our messages. Villa Zora is a large, beautifully presented villa in a quiet location. The pool area has amazing views overlooking the mountainside. Highlights of our visit included a day on a sailing boat around Brac as recommended by Marko. A visit to Konoba Palacio in Naklice is also well worth it for stunning local food at a great price.

Amazing Vacation House

We are a large family traveling from different cities in the USA. This year we chosed Villa Zora in Omis as our vacation gathering. Owner Marko and his father greeted us with plates of local cheeses and prosciutto, tasty strowberries and wine. This was such a nice touch at the arrival. Villa Zora is a luxurious house accomodating a large family. The design of the house allows four couples to have independent living space. Each bedroom has its own bathroom which was important to us. The owners also paid so much attention to details. The quality of the towels, bedding, and furnishing of the house is excellent. Outside of the house has sun beds and umbrellas which allowed us to spend a lot of time around the pool. The owners provided plenty of swimming towels. In the evening we used outside kitchen to grill, sit around fireplace , spent time with our family. Outside space is very welcoming and designed for guests to spend nice evening together. Villa Zora is a house we will recommend to any of our friends traveling to Croatia.

Elle se destine à tous type de personnes: nous étions 2 couples et 4 enfants de 2 à 7ans mais chacun trouve ce qu’il cherche dans ce havre de paix... extra!

Perfect in every way! A truly beautiful place.

This villa is absolutely amazing! Everything is well thought out - plenty of space, en-suite with each double bedroom, which was brilliant for us. And the showers were to die for! The whole place was so comfortable too: a real home from home (actually probably nicer!!) The outside space is lovely too but we couldn’t make the best use of it as the weather was not the best- well it was October after all. The pool is particularly beautiful but a little cold. The owner Marco said he may be putting in heating for next year, which would be great. We were made to feel very welcome, with some local bread, cheese, ham, fruit and drink left for us on arrival by Marco who was so friendly. He also recommended a place to eat just down the road which was a real treat- simply delicious food! Omis the nearest town on the coast is just a short drive away and has everything you could need (especially bakeries!) We had a fab time and will hopefully be visiting again next Summer when the weather will be a lot warmer. This was our first visit to Croatia and we loved it!! Beautiful place. Friendly people. And a particularly stunning villa too!

Awesome house! Perfect place to relax and enjoy the countryside but not too far away from cities.

This house is amazing. Very modern, clean and pretty well equipped. We missed almost anything. Only the pool was too cold but Marco will take care of this for the next season. Marco and Tonka were very responsive and lovely. Marco provided us a warm welcoming with fresh local grapes, ham, cheese and delicious wine. We had a great week and 100% recommend this place.

Stunning villa, stunning location

Marko was an amazing host who helped our group of 10 out with taxis and shopping and even brought us ice when we ran out! The villa is immaculate and very luxurious and still plenty of space even with 10 guests. The area is silent and nobody can overlook the villa or the gardens. Looking forward to coming back next year!

Sehr schönes Haus mit tollem Pool

Das Haus ist modern, gut ausgestattet und bietet unheimlich viel Platz. Billard, Sauna, Fitnessraum, Pool. Marko, der Besitzer, ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir fühlten uns die 2 Wochen unheimlich wohl und wollten wirklich gerne noch länger bleiben. Aus unserer Sicht eine ganz klare Empfehlung: Buchen!

Amazing Villa and Host

Wonderful welcome off Marko when we arrived and the villa is as lovely as the pictures and plenty of room. You need a car as its up in the mountains but its only 2 minutes to a local bakery, supermarket and bar and 5 minutes down the road into Omis where you have everything you need. We went kayaking and rafting and wish we stayed longer to do a boat trip which are all out of Omis. Thoroughly enjoyed are stay and Marko was the perfect host.

Ideales Haus für Familien

Ankommen und sich wohlfühlen stimmt hier voll und ganz. Marko hat uns ganz herzlich empfangen, ein toller Vermieter, und für jeden Wunsch allzeit bereit. In diesem Haus ist alles vorhanden, es fehlt an nichts. Das Haus ist sehr sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Lage ist super, nicht weit weg vom Trubel, aber trotzdem ruhig gelegen. Bis nach Omis sind es gerade mal 10 min Fahrweg, welche über eine tolle Strecke zu fahren sind. Der nächste kleine Supermarkt und Bäcker, in Tugare, sind gerade mal 5 min entfernt. Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit in diesem Haus und können es nur weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank Marko 🙋🏼‍♀️

Top Haus - modern eingerichtet- ruhige Lage

Nach einem herzlichen Empfang genossen wir die Zeit in dem top ausgestattetem Haus. Neben dem Pool, gibt es noch einen Fitnessbereich, eine Sauna, eine Sitzecke im Garten dazu eine überdachte Grillstelle mit Sitzgelegenheit und einen Billardraum im Haus. Alle Schlafzimmer verfügen über ein separates Bad und sind klimatisiert. Marco war ein perfekter Vermieter und hat sich super um uns gekümmert. Das Haus ist für den täglichen Bedarf voll ausgestattet und es fehlt an nichts. Die Lage des Hauses ist sehr ruhig, da es am Ende einer Sackgasse liegt. Die nächst größere Stadt Omis liegt nur 10 Fahrminuten bzw. 30 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Für 8 Personen ist dieses Haus perfekt. Diese Unterkunft können wir gut und gerne weiterempfehlen.
