The holiday apartment is located in an apartment building constructed in 2004, renovated in 2017, and is modern and functional in design. The property is situated in a residential area on the outskirts of town. The domicile is also popular due to the view of the sea from the property and its quiet and sunny location by the water. Available for shared use are: sun loungers, barbecue facilities, terrace, garden furniture, and a campfire area.
