This room provides access to both a balcony and a terrace. One bedroom is equipped with a double bed measuring 2 x 90 cm and 200 cm in length, along with air conditioning and access to the terrace. Another bedroom has two beds, each measuring 90 cm wide and 200 cm long, with air conditioning. The third bedroom contains a single bed measuring 90 cm wide and 200 cm long, also with access to the terrace.

The apartment comes with an open kitchen that includes an oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, microwave, freezer, and an electric coffee machine.
