Located on the 6th floor, this condo is tastefully decorated with cute furnishings and finishing touches that provide a breezy, beachy atmosphere that you'll quickly fall in love with. Floor to ceiling windows and sliding glass doors in the living room and dining area let in an abundance of natural light and provide gorgeous at-a-glance views of the emerald waves outside! The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary dishes and utensils to enjoy cooking your own meals when you are not enjoying tasty takeout from the numerous local restaurants. Love Coffee? Drip-style coffee maker and Keurig, both are provided. The living room and bedroom are both furnished with flat screen TV's to keep you entertained while you're inside, and when it's time to rest you'll find the cozy king bed and a pull out sleeper sofa provide the perfect places to do so. The two living room chairs also pull out into twin sized beds which offer up enough space for 6 guests total to sleep! A full-sized bathroom with a tub/shower combo offers up plenty of space for you to prepare for each new day of making memories and to freshen up after long days of enjoying the sand between your toes.

On top of all the comforts found in the unit, you will have access to the fun amenities of the Phoenix I complex. An outdoor pool, kiddie pool with mushroom feature, heated indoor pool, hot tubs, and a sauna offer multiple options if you are wanting to enjoy some water off the sand. If you are interested in something more active, then you will love the fitness center and the lighted tennis court.

* AGE RESTRICTION: Policy strictly enforced 25 years or older with renter 25 years old staying in unit. No refunds for anyone trying to rent that is not at least 25 years old.

* PARKING: MAXIMUM of 1 vehicle per unit/per reservation, no exceptions - STRICTLY ENFORCED. You will receive a Registration Email from VRP Access. You must prepurchase your parking pass via this email. You will then pick up your parking pass on property at the front desk upon arrival. The cost is approximately $55 per vehicle and valid for the duration of your stay. You must display the parking pass on your driver's side front dash in plain sight during your stay. *PRICE IS SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE. U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, etc. are not allowed on property.

* WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING: While all Sands of Alabama rental units are set up for normal housekeeping, the properties will NOT have cleaning products or toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags and soaps intended to last for the duration of your stay. Each rental property is furnished with a STARTER SET of paper products for your first night. This set includes one roll of paper towels, a small bottle of liquid dish soap, one powder dishwashing packet, one can liner per trash can, one travel size hand soap and body soap per bathroom and one roll of bathroom tissue in each bathroom. Please bring extras.

* CHECK-IN: After 4PM on the day your reservation begins. Early check-in is NOT possible.

* CHECK OUT: Check out time is 10AM. Check out after 10AM will be charged for an additional day.
