"La Casa dei Mandorli" is a standalone cottage 400 meters from our Agriturismo "La Valentina del Biozzi" and just 20 meters from the main house, accessible via an uphill dirt road (not suitable for motorcycles or low cars). Located in the Maremma Park, 4 km from Talamone, it’s the perfect spot for a relaxing getaway. The 60 m² property features a living room, kitchen, 2 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms, accommodating up to 4 guests. Amenities include Wi-Fi (coverage may be unstable due to the countryside location), heating, and air conditioning in the bedrooms. The cottage has a private garden for your relaxation.



The property is about 6 km from sandy and rocky beaches and 1–3 km from Maremma Park trails, ideal for exploring the Mediterranean landscape. Perfect house almost in the wild

Pros: Everything is as described. Although the house looks rather inconspicuous from the outside, everything inside is very nicely furnished and perfectly laid out. All amenities are available and the Wi-Fi works very well. We very much enjoyed our stay. Communication with the host was easy and fast and mostly via WhatsApp. The house is quite secluded, surrounded by an olive grove adjacent to the nature park in a beautiful natural setting. The coast and shops can be reached within 10 minutes by car. We very much enjoyed our stay. The kids missed the typical farm animals such as cats or anything else to play with. The agriturismo is a beautiful but rather quiet place as it only contains apartments and the farmers seem to live elsewhere.

Liebevoll eingerichtetes Häuschen inmitten paradisicher Natur

Pros: Ausgeprochen liebevolle Gastgeber. Das geschmackvoll eingerichtete Häuschen liegt mitten in einem alten Olivenhain am Hang innerhalb des Maremma Naturparks. Ein Juwel für Naturliebhaber.
