Well served at the airport (40 'from Alicante - 20' from Murcia), the apartment is located in Orihuela Costa (Alicante Province), 3 km from the first beaches (Cabo Roig, Playa Capitãn, Campoamor, Playa Flamenca and Punta Prima), 10 minutes from Torrevieja (a small friendly harbor town) and its famous salt pans, 5 minutes from the bustling outdoor shopping center of La Zenia and also very close to the fabulous golf courses of Villa Martin, Las Ramblas, Campoamor & Las Colinas.

This beautiful new apartment (February 2017) of 110 m2 with an open view to the sea, is equipped with every comfort and decorated with a modern and refined design.
It is located in a fully fenced complex and is located on the first floor with a terrace overlooking the pool and jacuzzi.

4 friends in Spain for the week. Ideal quiet location for golf, restaurants, supermarkets & bars. Owner & management well organised and good communication. Next year we will repeat if available.

Great little apartment

Great little apartment. Great value for money. Location is good. Only moan is the mattresses are extremely hard in the single bed rooms. My eldest slept on the sofa most nights because of it but it was ok.

Short Golf Break Rental

Very tidy rental property, ideal for golf tours with high quality gourses within short drive,. Shops, bars & restautants within walking distance and a shared swimming pool onsite. Quiet and well maintained facilities. I would highly recommend this property for family vacation also.
