Gorgeous hotel, great location, and friendly staff. Rooms are very clean and fully stocked with anything you could need during your trip. Delicious breakfast with lots of options. Would stay here again.

Staff were courteous, helpful and attentive. Location was very central in Oslo with all city centre amenities to hand and great transport links a stone throw away. Breakfast buffet was great, and offered a huge variety of choices, can’t comment on the dinner as we were out and about both nights of our stay. Hotel was very clean, decoration was fitting and sensitive to the historic nature of the building, there was significant building work happening at the rear which we were not affected by at all during our stay. The bed was very comfy, only feedback is the size of the duvets, we requested an additional duvet which was in our room without hesitation. I would definitely recommend and if back in Oslo would stay here again. Thank you for a lovely stay.

A beautiful hotel within such close distance to the train station, buses and trams. The reception staff were so friendly and helpful. I even got some birthday chocolates and some special birthday pancakes with a birthday candle on top. The rooms, bar and breakfast room were lovely. The only downsides, and we’re being picky, were that the hot breakfast selection in the buffet self serve area could’ve been slightly hotter. Also, the building directly behind the hotel has been demolished, so there will be building works for a few years until the replacement building is complete.

The customer service is outstanding, and the breakfast presentation was exquisite! So much to choose from the buffets and you can also order from the menu. The hotel is well-situated next to the train station, and within 5 minutes walk to the Opera House and 10 minutes walk to the Munch Museum.

Rooms have high level of finish, especially bathroom. Overall room size is a bit small. Included breakfast was fantastic. Staff was super helpful and cordial. Location is next to center of mass transit; train, tram and bus so access to most anywhere is simple. Magor tourist site ar within walking distance. Exceptional property and operation.
