Overall, our stay was enjoyable. We like the cleanliness of the property, and the variety of retail and dining options. The only thing we feel needs improvement is the check-in process. The lobby was packed with people arriving and the openness of the area made it difficult to hear what the woman at reception was telling us. From what I understand, this area is the only check-in area for all buildings on the property. Having an express check-in or pre check-in would have saved us the time and hassle of dealing with a huge crowd in the lobby.

We loved our stay at the village suites. Customer service was amazing, everything was walking distance and there was a good variety of activities. Our room was very clean and the perfect size for a couple. I especially loved that they provided the shower items in generous amounts - it was very high quality. Overall wonderful experience.

Maybe i had a lot of expectations as a hotel that has that much of history…. I found it nothing special… yes it is clean and tidy and has what u need in suit, the bed mattress is too soft (not my favorite) the sofa is bumpy in cushioning…..There was nothing to do …. All closed …. No breakfast, no restaurant( good there was some opens late around the area) plus there is $20 charge for parking car, and $10 kept on hold for in suit damages!!!!!!! I checked out earlier, was So boring.
