The room was fine, except there was no cable or any premium channels. Aside from that, their breakfast offering had no sweet cereal, only Cheerios and Corn Flakes. Nope. My issues are the following: 1. Online check in serves no purpose. I literally did duplicate upon arrival. 2. I had the following charges after booking and paying for the room: $1, $1, $50, $52.xx. 3. The online checkin said I wasn't a rewards member. I am. The email and phone are identical across platforms. In summary, the room and service was a 3 star, while the tech stack and booking were a 1, so 3+1=4/2=2 stars. It would seem much of technology sold to Wyndham fails. The same for Expedia. Don't allow your vendors to sell you, and then fail you.

Our visit to Owenboro was for an official college visit for football and baseball. Upon arrival we were please with the location and the compassion of the staff. Professionalism was on display and reflected in the cleanliness of the room. Our entire stay was great, the beds were a little small, however, very comfortable, and the renovation of the building was a great addition. The breakfast was not great, however the stay over shadowed that. Overall, if my son decides to come to KWC, that will be our location.

Walking in after a long day I was met with a clean lobby, a clean smell and wonderful staff. All of my questions were answered regarding things around the area and the hotel but he was so sweet. I will give a heads up, they are renovating!! Everything is nice and clean and new but there was a couple hiccups in the room that come with renovations and finding the kinks along the way. Nothing that was trip ending, just things that make you giggle. Staff was made aware and they were so sweet and apologized when it wasn’t necessary. Will be coming back on our next trip to the area for sure!

Contrary to Expedia‘s listing of this hotel, only the lobby and the outside are newly renovated. The room we stayed in, was not renovated and very dirty. The staff was unprofessional and many things were broken, damaged and just unclean. Upon arriving the first room we were given was actually dirty and looked as if someone was living in it. The next room we got was “cleaned” but the linens were stained, walls were filthy, and lots of damaged areas. When we woke up a young boy was doing the routine cleaning in the hall way? Weird. I thought at the least it would be worth the cheap price but it was not.
