Große Wohnung aber Bett durchgelegen und Sofa schmuddelig

Die Wohnung war groß und schön eingerichtet und soweit auch sauber geputzt, in der Nähe gab es Restaurants und Fast Food Restaurants. Was mir aber nicht gefallen hat war die komplett durchgelegenen Matratze im Elternschlafzimmer und das sehr schmuddelig fleckige Sofa. Einige Ecken (v.a. im Elternschlafzimmer) sahen aus als hätte man Schimmel abgeputzt und es hat auch unschön gerochen. Alles in allem würde ich hier nicht mehr buchen.

Gute Preis-Leistung

Für den angebotenen Umfang war der Preis in Ordnung. Grundsätzlich haben wir uns bei unserem eintägigen Aufenthalt wohl gefühlt. In manchen Bereichen (v.a. Couch im Wohnzimmer, die sehr fleckig war), hätten wir uns mehr Sauberkeit und Komfort (z.B. Fliegennetze vor den Fenstern) gewünscht.

Es hätte ein schöner Aufenthalt werden können, aber...

- 4-köpfige Familie - 2 Nächte von Freitag bis Sonntag - Kontakt mit dem Gastgeber ausschließlich per Mail Angekommen gegen 21 Uhr haben wir auf Basis der erhaltenen Check-in Info den markierten Stellplatz gesucht, vergeblich. Es sah so aus, als wäre der Gehweg kürzlich gepflastert worden, sodass die Markierung nicht mehr vorhanden war. Somit stellten wir uns in die Einfahrt, mit der Hoffnung, richtig zu stehen. Rund ums Haus eine Baustelle, jedoch ohne Baulärm. Als wir dann den Wohnungsschlüssel aus der Schlüsselbox entnahmen und die Wohnungstür öffneten, kam uns ein extrem feuchter/modriger Geruch entgegen. Wir haben also erstmal alle Fenster geöffnet, mit der Hoffnung, dass das Raumklima sich bessert. Auch hier vergeblich. Sogar die Decken und Kissen rochen danach. Und als meine Frau dann auch noch die feuchte (Schimmel)Stelle an der Ecke des Schlafzimmers entdeckt hat, erklärte das einiges. Als ich den Gastgeber damit konfrontieren wollte, fand ich in meinem Postfach bereits eine Mail, wie man Räume zu lüften hat und wie wichtig ein gutes Raumklima für die Gesundheit ist. Interessant.... Lüften ist für uns daheim wie unterwegs selbstverständlich. Wir hätten uns aber viel eher gewünscht, in eine „trockene“ Unterkunft einzuchecken, nicht zuletzt auch weil wir mit zwei Kindern unterwegs waren. Auf meine E-Mail wurde nicht reagiert. Lediglich am Abreisetag kam eine Standardmail, dass wir den Schlüssel auf den Tisch und eine positive Bewertung da lassen sollen. Bitteschön..

Kalt und sichtbar Schimmelwohnung

Check in war ohne Probleme. Die Wohnung liegt in Tiefparterre.es ist kalt und feucht. Zu dem kam diese email vom Vermieter was uns sofort gezeit hat das es eine Schimmelwohnung ist bevor wir die Wohnungstür geöffnet haben. : Guten Abend Elvira :) Ich möchte dich bitten, abends vor dem Schlafen gehen und morgens nach dem Aufwachen die Unterkunft zu lüften. Denn: - Frische Luft stärkt das Immunsystem, regt den Stoffwechsel an, verbessert den Blutdruck und macht uns glücklicher. Wenn du dauerhaft für frische und gute Luft in deinen Wohnräumen sorgst, machst du eine gute und nachhaltige Investition in deine Gesundheit! - außerdem, Richtiges Lüften und Heizen hilft, die Innenraumluft zu verbessern, Schimmelbildung zu vermeiden und ein gesundes Raumklima zu erhalten. An fast allen Ecken hat man Verfärbungen an den Wänden gehabt von Feuchtigkeit und beseitigen Schimmel. Da wir mit mehreren Familien angereist waren. Hat sich rausgestellt das es nur unsere Wohnung so war. Eine Renovierung und Grundreinigung hat es auf jeden fall nötig.ich würde die Wohnung nicht noch einmal mieten

Im allgemeinen ist es ok gewesen. Die Kommunikation mit dem Betreiber war nicht ganz reibungslos. Die Dusche war erst heiß kalt. Der Abfluss in der Dusche war fast ganz verstopft.
